App keeps freezing on the movies page. have to open the app, close the app, clear my phone, reopen the app to get out of the movie section. can't pause anything from my phone, have to use my husbands phone to pause the show I'm casting from my phone. App is awful!
GARBAGE!!! You're supposed to be a perimer tier digital entertainment provider and you can't serve-up an app that can stream live TV for anything more than about 45 seconds before throwing a 'playback error'. For goodness sake sort this - I don't have this with ANY of the other steaming platforms I use. What are you actually going to do about this?
The live channels for sport keep crashing. Literally watch 2 minutes then an error message. What the actual, y'all want $85 a month and it doesn't work. Shame and what do you propose to fix this?
Appalling I've got 17 streaming apps on my phone. This one is not even close to the next worse performer. I've never experienced anything so bad. And it's by far and away hands down the most expensive.
