I Hate IT! Wave was absolutely Perfect! Until this last update! It's dull, not enjoyable, mixed up, messed up, disorganized, took away the option to create your own personal wallpaper, the AI option is gone! The excitement of opening this app just to browse around is lost! I had my paper on a automatic changer, thats gone now! NO! THANK! YOU! I want "MY Wave" back! Sadly uninstalling, will search for another similar app. 😖💔 Damn it people! Why couldn't you just leave it alone?! 😒
The app works well, but it's not actually free. There's also way too many advertisements to "earn" one decent wallpaper. I would be pissed if I paid their $8 asking price before trialing some of them. The effects are mostly very cheese also. I don't like it. They do have a section for user made art, which is a cool idea, but no one in there is making anything worthwhile as of yet.
Relatively easy to get the wallpapers for free just by playing the wheel mini game; it just takes some time. Also, the wallpapers are "live" but they pale in comparison to what is advertised. Not 3d although they move slightly when you tilt your phone, but not as fluid a motion as shown in their examples. I'd say get the app and take the time to get the currency for free to buy the wallpapers if you're bored and want something different on your homescreen.
At first it was okay. They didn't have the wallpaper that they advertised to get me there, but fine. They still had some nice ones. So I kept the app and kept using the free wallpaper. But than they force you to log into the app daily. They put a pirate chest on your wallpaper and if you don't tap it and go into the app, it stays there for good. I tried uninstalling, but than it deletes the wallpaper. Don't even start this thing.
I absolutely love them ALL! There are sooo many really awesome 3D interactive wallpapers, that I have a hard time deciding which one I want to use. I literally can spend hours just looking at the new ones and voting for the next best thing. The best part is that they can be unlocked/downloaded practically for free. If not completely free, the app pays you to vote on challenges to which you are able to get more wallpapers. My favorite by far, thanks a bunch 😁
