IPSY: Personalized Beauty is a subscription service that tailors beauty products to individual preferences. One of its standout features is the personalized beauty quiz, which helps curate a selection of products based on users' skin types, beauty goals, and personal styles. This ensures that each month, subscribers receive items that resonate with their unique tastes.
Another notable feature is the Glam Bag, which includes five deluxe samples or full-sized products from various brands. Subscribers can expect a mix of makeup, skincare, haircare, and beauty tools, allowing them to explore new products without committing to full sizes. Additionally, IPSY offers a community aspect through its app, where users can share reviews, tips, and looks, fostering a sense of connection among beauty enthusiasts.
Moreover, IPSY provides access to exclusive discounts on full-sized products from featured brands, making it easier for users to purchase their favorites. The app also includes tutorials and beauty tips, enhancing the overall experience and helping users make the most of their beauty products.
Using IPSY: Personalized Beauty is a straightforward process that begins with signing up for an account on their website or app. After registration, users are prompted to complete a beauty quiz that assesses their preferences, including skin tone, hair type, and favorite beauty products. This information is crucial for curating a personalized Glam Bag each month.
Once the quiz is completed, subscribers can expect to receive their Glam Bag monthly, filled with a selection of beauty products tailored to their preferences. Users can also explore the IPSY app to discover additional content, such as tutorials and product reviews, which can enhance their beauty routine. Furthermore, subscribers have the option to review the products they receive, which helps IPSY refine future selections.
To maximize the experience, users are encouraged to engage with the community by sharing their looks and tips. This interaction not only enriches the user experience but also allows for a more personalized approach to beauty, as users can learn from one another and discover new trends.
Like any service, IPSY: Personalized Beauty has its advantages and disadvantages. One of the primary pros is the personalized experience it offers. The beauty quiz ensures that users receive products that align with their preferences, making it a delightful surprise each month. Additionally, the variety of products, including both well-known and emerging brands, allows users to explore new items without the risk of purchasing full-sized products that may not suit them.
Another advantage is the community aspect of the app, where users can connect, share tips, and provide feedback on products. This fosters a sense of belonging among beauty enthusiasts. However, there are some cons to consider. Some users may find that not every product in their Glam Bag meets their expectations, leading to disappointment. Additionally, while the subscription model is convenient, it may not be cost-effective for everyone, especially if users receive products they do not use.
Lastly, shipping times can vary, and some users have reported delays in receiving their Glam Bags. Overall, while IPSY offers a unique and personalized beauty experience, potential subscribers should weigh these pros and cons to determine if it aligns with their beauty needs.

terrible! buyer beware! they are trying to charge for two accounts and when I tell them I can't access the other first the bot can find the account but then they can't and keep insisting I tell them info I don't have like the email it's created under. I don't know what email is used. only that I'm being charged double on two different cards. the app Will Not allow communication with a human. they keep saying they're creating a ticket. I told them I don't want a ticket I want a person!

The app is fine however, I cancelled my account for many reasons and even after that the next day they are still trying to withdraw from my credit card the next day. I have to talk to a ridiculous glambot and they don't have the details right and tell me incorrect information when I have the emails to show my account is closed but they are still charging me.

not how it used to be, the app is so visually unappealing, I started my ultimate box up again a few years later and it's bad. I had it for 3 months and I kept getting stuff I did NOT want off of my beauty quiz. And itbwas always the aame thing?? Blush, eyeliner and lip balm/sticks is what i got back to back. Then when I would go to add one, there would be so many items that would've been better suited, it makes no sense. I dont think it's worth it anymore especially with the price increase.

Absoultely, horrible! I was gifted 3 months, however, they want a payment. I emailed them, 24 hours later they ask for the gifter's email. I send it back immediately, 3 days later they tell me I need to switch my browser. I set it up on google, went to the app, then went to safari like they said. STILL NO CHANGE, STILL REQUESTING PAYMENT. I see why they do not have a contact number. It must be relentless needs for support, because their system is flawed. I told my Daughter to cancel the gift.

the regular monthly subscription is great but don't order just from the shop. they take your money immediately then take a week or more to make a label and 2 more weeks to ship. this happened to me multiple times and you can't get ahold of anyone to fix it you just gotta wait and hope your stuff shows up eventually horrible customer service good product is the only reason you get the second star
