"There was an error! Try again later." If you like seeing these words over and over, this is the app for you. It used to be good, but now it just gives errors and locks up and is nearly unusable :(. Sometimes you get lucky and you can trick it into submitting 1 or 2 little pieces of info even with the frozen error (if you just keep clicking the button until it goes) but usually not. I wish I had not subscribed. hope they fix it soon so it is not a waste of money.
Since the "upgrade," the app has been awful. I searched for a long time for an app that would track all my pets special food, medications, and treatments. I loved the app before. It was customizable and exactly what I needed in 1 app. Then they upgraded to this new version. I paid a "lifetime subscription" but only for a newer version that didn't convert all my info over properly and didn't allow as many functions as I had before. I don't recommend.
It used to be great, but changed a few years ago and I moved to another app. This says it can track nutrition info so tried it again but there is no way to do anything close to that. Regarding food tracking, look elsewhere if you want anything more than a timestamp saying fed and a note. Behavior tracking is also limited to 6 generic things (shy, sad, happy, etc) that you cannot edit. They say the update was to help shelters, which is great, but don't advertise stuff the app can't do.
Information is entered in a very "databasey" and challenging manner. The same information can be entered in multiple places, some of the locations can't be extracted into any of the "sharing" reports. DO NOT PUT WEIGH INTO APP! Any weight entered is converted into the wrong weight on "shareable" petsitter report. I reported problem and of course the fix is always an update away. (After 2 updates ii give up) I emailed customer service multiple times with no response. Poor experience all around!
Before I put in any info, I could look at everything the app had to offer, it was full of interesting things and places I could go to keep track of my pets info. Once I put in mine and my pets info, I could NOT get the app to do ANYTHING, but try and get me to join more things. I scrolled all the way down to the bottom, thinking, there has to be a button somewhere to get back to my account, but nothing. I tried the 3 bars at top right, the image, the arrow, but nothing. 👎👎👎👎😖😡
